Easy Flocking removal
#1

[attachment=8098]     I've read that some people have had difficulty removing old record platter flocking so I thought I'd share this:
I was able to remove old flocking with paint remover (let it work for 2 hrs after applying),  then scrape it all off VERY easily with a metal scraper.  Use an paint remover after wash solution to clean up the metal -   works great - fast and easy without have to wire wheel.    Use rubber gloves so you don't get this stuff all over your hands.   So many people have helped me with my restoration - hopefully this will help someone.
