650 tube layout chart ?

Does anyone have a photo or link to what a tube layout chart for a 650 would look like. I would like to reproduce one for the inside of the cabinet. Was this standard issue , pasted on the inside of the cabinet at the time, or was all serrvicing left to the professionals?
