Found something on Ebay at I never heard of or
know what it is, cant find anything on line or
in the Philco Library, but I believe that one of you know.

Looks like it generates vertical and horizontal lines and/or dots to adjust the linearity on a television.

Ok, thanks. It confused me, the cross-dot part. I was not able
to find it listed anywhere.
