If it has worked recently and you have seen no degradation (hum, clipping) - you could leave them be.
You could possibly unsolder few wires and check the capacitance to make sure it is OK.

People who do not drink, do not smoke, do not eat red meat will one day feel really stupid lying there and dying from nothing.
