Philco 39-7 alignment
#1

Hi guy's, on the schematic for alignment it shows using a .1mf (uf) and a 100mf (uf) for dummy antenna. I don't have a 100uf cap except an electrolytic type. What can I use instead of the 100mf.

Thanks

Methinks you missed a m it's 100mmfd.

When my pals were reading comic books
I was down in the basement in my dad's
workshop. Perusing his Sam's Photofoacts
Vol 1-50 admiring the old set and trying to
figure out what all those squiggly meant.
Circa 1966
Now I think I've got!

Thanks guy's for your reply. I did use the 100pf, but the schematic actually shows 100mf and so did other models I checked. However the later ones (models) show 100mmf. I think they must have had a miss print on some of the early models.

Thanks again..........
