Philco 38-35 Antenna Length?

I am using number 18 wire. Would 25 feet be enough for reception?

Hi, I looked at the schematic for a 37-93, which has a very similar circuit, and it shows a consumption of 50 watts, less than half an amp of current.

Should be enough. How far are you from the AM stations?
