Philco 610
#61

So I have sent off my speaker from the 610 to get reconed and while I am waiting for it to return I have managed to borrow a tv-11 tube tester. I have a tube chart the owner printed out and on the info for the type 78 tube there is a t.c. under the p column. In the paperwork I can't find what this means. Anybody know what this means? Thx

I would think it means top cap. This is the control grid connection for the 78 tube. Other tubes in the list with a top cap grid connection show the same T.C. in the P column.
