Philco 38-4 Electrolytic Cap

I have a Philco model 38-4 and it has a 30-2200s can with a 18uf 475v electrolytic capacitor. On the bottom in the center is a tab to connect and one on the side. I need to replace it but I am not sure if the center is positive or negative.
Anyone know? Picture attached

When my pals were reading comic books I was down in the basement in my dad's workshop. Perusing his Sam's Photofoacts Vol 1-50 admiring the old set and trying to figure out what all those squiggly meant. Circa 1966 Now I think I've got! Terry
