So is this the very last of the 37-84 styles?

In Ron's gallery he has it listed as a undocumented cabinet in the 1/37 section.

Yes, as far as I can tell.

"Undocumented" - That cabinet is not listed in Philco Furniture History, which was an in-house book Philco kept to document the cabinet styles they produced. Not every cabinet is in there, and this is one of the cabinets that isn't in the book.

That looks a model 84 from the tubes in it 37-84 would use octal tubes

I think there is a different code for the older style tube version verses the octal type. The code 121 is the older and the 122 has the octals. That one has the older tubes in it. No difference in performance as the tubes all have the same mu (gain). I think I only need one more to have all of regen/cathedrals. I don't have the 1935 version with vertical slots under the dial
