I picked up a nice old recapped Eico 324 Signal Generator, but without the RF output cable. Does anyone know where I can purchase one that will work for this? Is there a way to convert it to some other style? What are my options? Thank you for your input in advance.

It probably used a shielded (not coax) cable with an Amphenol connector, basically like and old fashioned microphone. There are available, at least NOS and used ones are, look it up on fleabay, or on Mouser or Digikey's sites.

What you are seeking is a Switchcraft 2501F. You could swap it over to another style of connector like a bnc or so-239 but if you don't have any other cables that already have these connector on them I wouldn't bother.
