Need help with identification
#1

Can anyone provide any information about the Philco radio in picture attached.
Year, model, value, etc....
We cannot find any labels or markings on the cabinet.
The only history that I know is that it came from a lake house build in the 30's and has been sitting in my father basement since 1965.
Any information would be greatly appreciated

Thank you Bob.

My next question now is what to do with it.
Right now it is scheduled for the landfill but I would much rather it goes to someone who can put it to use.

It would be a shame to trash it. There's a plethora of help and expertise right here. The cabinet looks like it's in pretty good condition so why not give it a try? Maybe a friend or relative would like to help you.

Post an ad in For Sale or Trade here on this website. Set your price as "FREE" and I am sure there will be someone here who will be happy to take it off your hands.

Don't know where For Sale or Trade is? Go to the Phorum home page:

https://philcoradio.com/phorum/

and scroll down to almost the bottom of the page, under the Trading Post banner - you will see it there.
