Model 60, reattaching dial, where to index back to?
#1

I removed the dial to ultrasonic clean the tuning cap and refurbish the vernier drive.
Does Philco recommend where to index the dial back to the pointer upon replacement?

It's not my first alignment or removed dial, just curious if Philco had an index location specified.

Hi

There should be an index line below 55 on the dial. That would be where you set it, with the plates of the tuning condenser fully meshed.

Thank you.
