My Philco 89B AND the 19LZ (same chassis) are both Philcos from H**l! I am trying my damnedest to TRY and align the 89B. It seems that I need Service Bulletin number 120-C Adjusting Philco Superheterodynes to even START this procedure! CRAP! MORE H**l! Anyone know where I could get this manual?? I don't even know where to clip my sig-gen's leads. Jeeze am I lost!
The 19LZ has an open RF coil, but plays (quietly!) okay, no problemo. I think I'll stick to AA5s! Icon_twisted
