Thanks Ron. I wish the solution was always this easy.
I just finished cleaning up the cabinet and recapping the chassis. The radio works very well, it is one of the most sensitive I have seen. Of course, I have been working on 20s and 30s sets up to this point so it is understandable that a 1942 radio might look very good in comparison.
