Jeremy, I can't stress enough what others have said about servicing your radio before turning it on again. What you've got is a very nice radio that will play and sound even better when it's been properly serviced. I would also encourage you to check out Phil's Old Radios at www.antiqueradio.org . He has some great advice for beginners. The You Tube videos of Joernone, mentioned earlier, are outstanding. If you want to do the work yourself, there is plenty of help and advice on this forum.
