Philco 20 uses the same tubes other than the output ones. So the voltage for the filaments is there.
B+ might also be ok.
But the size might be a problem as 20 has it on top and so there is no such limit.
People who do not drink, do not smoke, do not eat red meat will one day feel really stupid lying there and dying from nothing.
