The cap they're talking about would closer to 0.005 or so at as much as 1600V. The ones you're looking at are probably across the 6V input line for RFI.

Ah yes, When I removed the paper surround I found 3 more caps and one is .01 1000
but what does the .5 10 mean on the cap? what is the value? Times I have been electrocuted in 2021

Could well be a 10V cap if it's across the 6V input line.

That high voltage is available from Mark Oppat.
I did my 6 volt zenith farm radio, and that one ended up with a 1600 volt cap. I also bought a 6 volt sealed battery on ebay for $10.00 with free shipping. They are rechargeable too. Vibrator will need to have contacts cleaned or re-built. Good luck. murf
