Looking at buying this to restore but don't know what exactly Philco it is. Any guesses>

Gonna try for $35. I think if anything it would be a nice furniture piece once I refinish it. The wires have been cut from the unit.

The Grill is missing. Whether or not the speaker is present is a good question too.
People could not give these away at Kutztown show....

I'm with Mike (Morzh) on this, find out if the speaker and other important bits are at least with it before making the trip, even then free may end up being too much for it. From the looks of that front panel someone was doing very stupid things to it, it doesn't just look like the grille was broken out but that someone went at it with a saw.

I suppose the knobs and escutcheon are worth $35, but only to a person who needs them. This is a very needy parts set. I'm not sure where you're located, but I would hold off until a more complete unit shows up at a good price.
