Radio Identification
#18

I've read the earlier replies several times and I can't see where anyone really made an unfriendly or sarcastic remark. unless asking for a photo or explaining how to upload one was construed that way.
With regards to the radio in question, I think that it was undoubtedly a Philco Transitone model, probably with a Bakelite cabinet originally, where the cabinet was damaged or destroyed, and replaced with an aftermarket cabinet of some sort.
Regards
Arran
