Philco 38-5 veneer issues, what is this wood?
#16

I have done several threads on veneer replacement, one not to long ago on a Philco 650PX. It will show a lot of what you ask, also done a thread on a 1936 Wurlitzer juke box veneer on whole cabinet with rounded sides. Ron could find them in archives and tag them that you can open thread.

Fred, I have a better idea:

You find them and post links.

It's plain cut French walnut I believe. But since some of the veneer is damaged and is scrap anyhow you could use it for gluing experiments.
