The booklet belonged to William Harlow who worked for Philco Finance starting in the late 1950s. William is not in the booklet but there are 170 people with names, photos and company bio information. The time period would seem to be the early 1960’s since they became Philco-Ford in about 1961 and there are some people’s bio with a “joined Philco” date of 1960. Interestingly, of the 170 people, only five of them are women and they are “home economists”.
